Mark Domaracki goes 49.39 in 400m for 2nd place.  BRD and Dubois both 2nd in 800m (1:55.27), and 1600m (4:23.44) respectively.

Amber Bowman takes 3rd in LJ (15-9.5) and TJ (34-4).  Krystal Myers 3rd in PV (10-0).  Amy Bender 3rd in Discus (106-2). Girls team 7th out of 13 schools.

GuilderlandXC.com Upgrades Server, Bandwidth (5/25)
We're celebrated our third year of operation this Feburary.  It's been a labor of love for a program I love.  Thanks to a good friend of ours from Thousand Island, ONT ("Trainer Dave" Torrence), we now have a boatload of bandwidth and a server that will eliminate annoying banners and traffic overloads.  This represents a major step in the right direction for us.  This program deserves the best money can buy and in this case--we didn't have to buy a thing!  Trainer Dave is doing this out of the kindness in his heart and we are grateful to him.  Please support Dave's side business Athletes 4 Excellence.

Brian leads the pack of the Boys Mile Run at the 66th Annual William F. Eddy Meet.  He won in 4:13.22 leading the way for the entire race.

Junior speedster earns State Meet bid with 48.90.  Seth DuBois goes 9:24.40 in 3200m but will serve as alternate. Competition continues today.

In what many are calling the best race in Section 2 Annals, G'land boys take third in 7:48.50.  What makes this race historic is that eight teams were under 7:54!!!  Times Union article.
Shen wins, Shaker 2nd, Burnt Hills 4th.

Rhodes-Devey, complete with Mohawk, wins 1600m to qualify for State Meet.
